Boze, what a wonderful story you've told! I grew up poor so your story hits home with me. It was hard, at times, but I am who I am today because of the lessons I learned through hardship. So are you and you should never feel shame for telling your story - even the parts of it that represent human frailty and how we learn from it. I left home at 16 and moved across the country. My parents were devastated but I made it work. Take it from this mother/grandmother - your parents must be so very proud of you. You're a good person with empathy and integrity. That's what all parents want to see in the children they raise. Always do you, Boze. You're quite a guy!

Couple of takeaways from this podcast 1) Props to Boze for wanting to coming on the podcast. I enjoyed his willingness to open up and tell his story. I enjoy his content and I believe most of of the people giving him shit do to. As Hecz stated, people think he could be doing more and I'm glad Boze agreed with it. His answer to "who are you today" was a pretty clear indication that he has no goal or idea what his role is. A simple answer would have been a content creator for OG. I think we can all agree that we want him to succeed, same goes to all the members of OG for that matter. He mentions that he wants to "own somerthing", I like the aspirations but things dont just happen overnight. Ya have to have passion and drive, just like how he got into gaming. He gave up sports and grinded his way on to a pro team. It seems like he's lost his motivation. I would like to give him some respect for his loyalty to Optic though. I really hope this new team house will inspire all the content creators to start producing regularly though. We want you to succeed Boze! 2) Constructive criticism for Hecz: I get that Hecz wants the interviews to be organic and not super structured but I think if he had a pre-interview with the guest it would help the convo flow better. Obviously some guests will be able to communicate better than others but I feel like it would help the guests understand the structure of the podcast and understand the kind of answers Hecz is looking for. I see a lot of comments that Hecz needs to let the guest speak but I understand that he has to constantly "steer the ship" for some guests. Just my 2 cents. Really enjoy the podcasts, keep 'em coming.

Hecz you really are something special, If I’m being honest I haven’t been keeping up with KZbin and cod like I used to be and to see where you have taken this organization is special and how you have branched off to so many different games. I remember everything from the old old optic house and some of the early stuff at the second place, your content was great back then and I’m excited to get back to watching again

My first Call of Duty was Modern Warfare 3 and to this day is my favorite Call of Duty I ever played. I believe my first ever game was on Arkaden and I think my class was the first default one (Grenadier including the G36C assault rifle). I spawned in went mid, died a couple of time and then (after a while) got a kill on a kid sitting in a corner. I will never forget that time and that's what motivated me to keep playing that game.

I can't remember my first kill in COD unfortunately. I have tons of memories through the years tho. Played every game besides Modern Warfare 1. Offline campaign in the early days on ps2. MW2 Spec Ops and 1v1s with my brother at my dads since we didn't have internet. After a while got internet at my moms house and it was a wrap. COD everyday with friends on the 360. Black Ops, Black Ops2, MW3. Then grinding Ghost solo cuz i was the only one with a Xbox One at the time. Been grinding solo until Black Ops 4 and now finally have some friends coming back to the series. Many late late nights with the squad. Call of Duty has brought so much joy and frustration to my life and I don't know where I would be today without it.

The moment in gaming that changed things for me was all the way back in Halo 2. I used to play that game online a lot when I was a kid, and I have a super vivid memory of 1 game I played where I destroyed a FFA oddball lobby on Gemini. I must have only been like 5 or 6, but it’s one of my favorite memories of all time

And Hecz is the brother that is in the crowd taking it in because he also spent hours helping them to be where they need to be. Hope you and your team/fam keep that grind up. Great podcast Boze! Hecz is killing it with this eavesdrop shit. You guys struck a chord with me talking about doing work like roofing. Roofing & physical blue collar type shit is TRULY ENJOYABLE WORK with the right crew. People sleep on the physically demandin jobs but working hard out there with good friends getting it done while casually pumping yourself up with the endorphins & dopamine that you make while moving around doing stuff is the best. I used to love working my ass off at the saw mill until I fell and destroyed my feet. Now it's no fun doing anything that involves standing and if I don't keep my feet raised they swell up and hurt even more. I sit here every day wanting to go hack up a huge pile of firewood with my friend and a couple chainsaws, just working and breathing fresh air, feeling great every day & sleeping better than a good man should. The pay was unsustainable but fuckin a bro I never felt better. Go fix a roof with your pops & be happy & free when you can, brother, because you never know if you'll get another chance. Wise man said "If you aren't having a good time then you are wasting your time..."

You guys are always on and don’t get regular vacations like most ppl. Easy for ppl to say “you just play video games” when they could never put themselves in front of others and say how they really feel or create original content. Love the vlogs and the podcasts. They shed light on a lot of things behind the scene and make all of you seem more human 🔥🔥🔥 keep it up #GreenWall

HECZ I love these videos definitely takes me back to the first time I played COD! I remember my love for COD started back at the first ever COD I can remember to this day I didn’t have the game and my parents wouldn’t buy it for me because they saw me as being to young to play those types of games so what I would Is go to the Xbox store and I would download the free demo and I would play the demo for each COD that came out until I reached of age to where my parents would then buy me my first COD game and from the faithful day I was hooked and never stopped playing! Looking back on it just writing this I find it to be so crazy my love for COD started by playing the demo games in the Xbox store.

I didn’t know about cooking grenades and I ran into the main hut on Makin and held onto the grenade too long, but there just happened to be a guy in the corner and I blew him up too.
