Hi Tim and Joe, for beginners working on hitting mitts with a friend, what do you recommend in terms of what to wear on our hands? Is it safe to punch the mitts with bare knuckles or should we use hand wraps or hand wraps with gloves? What kind of gloves do u use for different situations? There is so much out there it would be great to hear u explain about kit for different training situations, like what styles and what oz gloves. We are attending a self defence class and we r enjoying learning lots of different techniques for safety and getting away but we want to practice at home as well. Any advice for strengthening drills I can do at home that would help with the groundwork would also be appreciated as I currently feel really weak on the ground. Many thanks.

That is not what compartment syndrome is. Compartment syndrome is when the muscle is damage so bad that it swells up inside the fascia. The fascia acts as a closed container in this since. The muscle swells up so much that no fluid can move in or out thus killing the muscle in the worst case.

@mooserocka522Күн бұрын
I don’t get what you guys are saying about Jon jones and Tom . It’s simple Tom is the interem champion or was , that’s it he is next . Jon jones as the champ has to fight who’s next or he needs to give up the belt it’s that easy
