Thats not how it works mate, theres only 8 countries on it to represent the first 8 countries that won a belt. The countries are also only stripes with the colours which make up the flags so they wouldn't put a dragon on anyway. But if you class yourself as british its the british flag which represents bispings win rather than an english one so wales is vicariously represented 👍🏼
