A real pleasure to hear Marcus playing a more supportive bass than a melodic. He is just a monster!! Thank you for posting this video as I can listen to what an incredible bassist does. But did you steal that T Shirt from MarloweDK?

香津美さん チョット外してる感じがします… 自分はTo Chi Kaの頃の香津美さん大好きですが、coolなマーカス・ミラーより、ノリノリのトニー・レビンとの組合せが良いな…

balls to the WALL!!! Kazumi plays it all.... make Scofield look like the tired ass he is.... Sco used to play with kind of energy but then got away from Gramavision and started playing sparse quirky bullcrap lines. Kazumi will kick your ass any day of the week John. Wish Kazumi would tour heavily in the US to show off... he has alot to show off!!

. Both guitarists are excellent...extraordinary, in fact. I've been listening to Kazumi since the mid-70's, years before he was on Gramavision, and you could only get him on Japanese imports. I've been listening to Scofield even longer. Judging from your comment about Scofield's "sparse quirky bullcrap lines", it is apparent to me you lack the capacity to understand or appreciate Scofield's incredible playing. Having a wide musical horizon povides me the ability to appreciate much more than merely the gymnastics of playing an instrument.

I take it your not a Scofield fan. You must be an amazing guitarist to speak in such a critical tone
