As an Arsenal fan, i think its best for both parties with Rashford leaving. I dont think many question his quality, on his day he is a quality player but his mentality is not. Imo there is no coincidence that his form always comes when a new manager comes in or his contract comes up for renewal. Alot of players play well when there is problems with the manager, Saka with Unai Emery, Cole Palmer with Chelsea just a couple of examples. But you dont see that with Rashford and thats why he gets alot of stick and people accuse him of downing tools and there is a long enough period of time he has been at Utd to prove the pattern. I respect what he did for the children and i dont read the newspapers anyway. Rashford is a quality player when hes on it, but being an Arsenal Fan who desperately needs an attacker on the left, i would not go anywhere near him, and many Arsenal fans (not every) would agree.

Will wish him well , however I also feel very disappointed for rashford. Go back 2/3 years and you see the player we used to have & adore. Completely different person & player to now. I put a lot of that on him but won’t criticize him. Dunno what’s going on in his head but could look back as wasted chance in a few years. Career is short, hope he can enjoy the rest of it.

an example solanke cost 65m + 4.7m a year wages.. over 4 years, that's approx 84m if u bought rashy at 25m and paid him 350k a week for 4 years, that's 97.8m only 15-16m more than the cost of solanke... given rashfords potential and commercial value in returns, it's actually a good punt for a club. He's only just turning 27, not 31 at price utd are selling him 25-40m, it's good buy for certain clubs

Rashfords performance dropoff can be compared to Hazard in their last couple of seasons but the goals you are crediting have not been from his gameplay in the last couple of seasons, also Rashfords best season was a result of selfish striker play where he never looked for assists resulting in good games that season but bad united results in their games and that good high scoring season, Rashford is a shadow of himself and the player he was, he isn't a £350 .000 a week in value or game performance.

Terry sometimes take people for their word. The fact that everything is compared with what Eric tenghag did is the reason Amorim will fail. Let us not act like everything Eric tenghag did was wrong. For me i see same things repeating and the approach is the same

The approach is different tho, ETH regardless of whether it was the right decision or not, did treat a legend like Ronaldo as if he was a nobody and obviously those comments about Sancho came after a loss. Say what you will but ETH conducted himself very poorly with the media. I liked ETH in the first season but we did not have style or identity and despite finishing 3rd we got destroyed by our two main rivals, and in the second we became excuse FC. By the 3rd it was him just trying to save his job, when it clearly was not working. Amorims approach is refreshing bc we are seeing the ideas, he isn't criticising players but performances, he excluded two of our attacking options bc of their conduct, but he ain't going to say it was bc of their conduct. Amorim regardless of when Rashford leaves needs to deal with him till then. He said he'll give these players a chance and so far only a few have risen to the occasion. So far there's not much to criticise about Amorim, he is actually presenting himself as a manager who knows what he is doing, which cannot be said about ETH.

a few clubs might if the transfer fee is low. rashford isn't a scrub player... if u get him focused he's one of only a few players around the world capable of 30+ g/a and match winning goals moments. in a league like France or Germany for example he could genuinely destroy

@stevent1565 yeah true it only a few clubs but reports suggest utd might he willing to consider as low as 25m... there's a real shortage of strikers and goal scorers in the world at the moment. where in the world can u get a player of his experience and goal scoring potential for anywhere near that money? it's a gamble but certainly for the like of psg bayern ...maybe even a couple of prem clubs it might be worth it
