The thing is Milan does need some reinforcements for the rest of the season with 3 competitions still going on. There’s a lot of deadwood on the team & I’m sure the manager would like some players that can actually contribute to be bought. Milan is doing well in UCL, why not try to make a push in that competition? In the domestic league they gonna most definitely make a push for top 4 so quality players are definitely needed in January & in the summer transfer window. Upper management needs to start treating Milan like the historic club that it is so they can get back to the top of Europe to compete against the best

Reyna fits the creative attacking midfielder profile that Milan needs, but has been injury prone in his career so far. Theres the thought that his injuries are similar to how Pulisic's went, and will fade away with consistent playing time. The club is trying to move both Okafor and Chukueze at lesst on loan with an option, and they don't want to bring 2 replacements so Rashford will be our third wide player who can also work as a second striker as you said. It make sense under the right monetary conditions

Building youth I believe is the answer. Butttt Rashford is a very interesting situation. He’s had a couple really good seasons and his performances at United I don’t believe is completely his fault. With that ownership and how many managers they have had from Van Gal to Ten Hag - no one has performed there. They are looking into Rashford because it's an opportunity. It might even be a loan just for 6 months, I don't think anyone could be unhappy to have Rashford instead of Okafor as an alternative to both Leao and Morata/Abraham. As for what concerns Ricci, the main issue is Inter. Financially they now have an owner which won't let them overspend, so they have to sell Frattesi or some other player first, but if they do, they might be going for Ricci as the alternative and then successor of Calhanoglu. Asllani has clearly shown he is not up to the task so they will need a playmaker too. Hopefully Milan can close the deal before they come and sweep the rug from under their feet like it happened with Zirkzee last summer.

There is a possibility that RedBird (current Milan's owner) will leave the club in the summer. The market operations we're looking right now are not in their style (too much money involved) and this could mean that it's actually Elliot (previous club's owner whom RedBird has a loan with in order to buy the club) doing the market operations in order to let the club breathe and come back as a competitive club before eventually selling it or finding another partner with the same vendor loan strategy. Having said that, I think Pulisic will be cut loose to accommodate Rashford for marketing purposes, and because Pulisic has such horrible karma when it comes to coaches not recognizing what he is good at, how a trident attack actually can work, and whether or not he's on form.
