What did Marcus do? Can you get to the point so that we can know what you are talking about…get to the point please
@SuitUp27544 күн бұрын
@kephale1 people are trashing him because unlike everybody else he went to hear both sides of the story. However, he got criticized and belittled by social media critics. So he publicly said he repented and that he should’ve got in the middle of everything.

Hahaha I’m the dude on here talking. I think so othen people judge a matter before hearing the whole story. “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,” James 1:19 NIV

Marcus desires just what you're so willing to extend to him, "carte blanche" he began as a rogue Christian not able to submit himself to any one. The reason the majority of modern Christians is dysfunctional is due to no judgement or accountability, after all God will judge not the scriptures right?

@@mril80 You’re right here’s a few verses in the Bible about judging. Righteous Judgment Is Encouraged • John 7:24: “Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.” This verse highlights that Christians are called to judge in a way that aligns with truth and righteousness, not based on superficial observations or bias. • Proverbs 31:9: “Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Righteous judgment involves standing for justice and defending those who are vulnerable. 2. Judgment Must Be Grounded in Humility and Self-Examination • Matthew 7:1-5: “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?” Jesus warns against hypocritical judgment, urging believers to first examine their own lives before pointing out others’ faults. • Galatians 6:1: “Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness.” Judgment should be done in a spirit of humility and love, aiming for restoration rather than condemnation.

I agree. There was no need for him to repent to men or people. Only to God …

Who else besides Peter, walked on water?

@@hugs-n-beans that’s a great question. I believe I misspoke. Obviously we know Jesus did,but I’m sure someone in the world since then have walk on water. We just don’t know about it.
