And, oh BTW, he is only 5'8". I use Stroman as an example for kids I work with that are short athletic and have natural arm strength. perfect candidates for the drift and hinge motion. Great breakdown!

Ugh! I was watching my boy's mechanics trying to figure out what is going on. The way Stro braces his front leg immediately pointed out that my son was collapsing and "travelling" through foot strike! Might be why he's struggling with control! Thanks!

Can you talk about shoulder tilt while driving down the mound. I like to teach shoulder tilt coming down the mound so it helps keep the head over the backside longer. But when you see guys like G.Cole throw he’s very flat driving down the mound... just want your thoughts

Yeah man I think it's very individual specific.. sometimes shoulder tilt can get mistaken for hip coil as well. Can serve as a good timing mechanism as well.
