Marcus Wareing's Fish Dish - Great British Menu | National Final

Each week on Great British Menu two chefs from a culinary region go head to head, trying to secure a place for their recipes on the Great British Menu. Sourcing the best ingredients from their local area, our chefs each create a starter, a fish course, a meat course and a dessert that they feel epitomises all that's best about their beloved region. At the end of each week the two chefs representing the featured region present their dishes to an expert judging panel who decide which chef's menu goes forward to the national final.

About Great British Menu:
Join us as top British chefs originating from various regions across the UK battle it out to create the perfect menu for prestigious banquets and special events, featuring esteemed guests. Each week, chefs compete in a regional heat where they devise a four-course menu, comprising of a starter, fish course, main course and dessert, all scored daily by a veteran chef. At the end of the week, the two highest-scoring chefs are evaluated by a panel composed of expert judges. The winners move on to the final national heat which decides whose menu comes out on top.

I worked for the guy before as well and I can tell you that he's a first class asshole. I can still remember the day he *UNFAIRLY* fired Lee Scott last year for checking the floor like a cockroach. He even got slapped on the head by Marcus and called 'Scott the Jellybean' . I'm surprise Marcus is not in prison after what he did. Disgusting.

Marcus is a excellent chef but he needs to take on board what the customer critic says. While I don't necessarily agree with what the critics always say, when you serve up the dish and make no changes what else can you expect then a low score, not to mention the rice paper left behind. Aint Marcus a 2* chef, that a comi mistake.
