I think the green gem represents trust: Trust was a very central theme to this episode, Anne not trusting Marcy to handle dangerous things on her own, Sprig not trusting Marcy for the past experience with Sasha, and the fact that her biggest flaw right now is that we don't know if she can really be trusted.

I absolutely adore Marcy! She's not only a gamer, she's also a bookworm AND an RPG nut; just like ME! However...I had my suspicions about her, after what Sasha did. But after seeing how perky she is, how adorably nerdy she behaves and the fact that she's klutzy; I have a feeling that she might not actually be evil. In truth, she could simply be a naive pawn in...whatever the King has in store

Gosh, i have started watching Amphibia since last week and i absolutely fricking LOVED it. It was so good. I really felt for Anne in the first few episodes. I also loved the reunion ep and marcy at the gates. This show and The Owl House are the first Disney shows im a fan of. Theyre just SO AMAZING!

I feel like even though grime has definitely been more of a villain all the same I kind of feel like that at the end of the day he will become an ally to all three of them and the king will become the true villain. Tbh I LOVE Marcy and know that Sasha was really twisted even before coming to Amphibia, but it always stuck out to me how Sasha had the worst possible experience in Amphibia. Anne got into a loving family right away finding a true friend she could relate to, Marcy was in the capitol and ended up in the good graces of the king, while Sasha... Immediately got held in a dirty, humid cell, alone, able to talk only to the ones keeping her prisoner and getting constantly questioned. I mean, that has to be taken into account when discussing her.

When I saw the intro for this show I always imagine Marcy to be a shy and quiet kind of girl and a bit nervous at times but I never knew she was going to be quirky, sweet and a bit of a fast and loud talker and clumsy kind of explains me in a nut shell

0:48 The sword the main character is holding looks a LOT like Sasha's sword. I don't think it's likely to be a coincidence. 8:22 He knows way more than we think he does (the King of Amphibia) and I suspect that Grime and Sasha's attack on Newtopia will actually be a good event rather than a poor one, since the king is clearly plotting something nefarious and that could put a kink into his plans. Unless the robot shows up, which it probably will during the battle, and I'd bet the king knows how to control it somehow. I also don't completely trust Marcy yet either, since she, a clumsy klutz, has somehow never failed a mission for the king and thrived in Amphibia on top of all her promotional art showing her with the Calamity Box. She described herself as an artificer/rogue multiclass, and artificers love magic items while rogues are great at stealing and underhanded attacks. I'm fairly sure this foreshadows that she will backstab them in the end for the Calamity Box, but Sprig will be the one to best her because she knows everything about everything EXCEPT for Sprig.

I don't think its suspicious that Marcy landed directly in the gate. And if where going along with the most popular theory one girl for every spieces newt, frog and toad . Let's look at that in the valley we haven't seen many colony of frogs and ann landed pretty close to her representive spices, then Sasha is interesting there is no reason she is in that cage considering how big the continate is I wouldn't be surprised if they could constitute her weird look to being from a far part of the continate. So I think the reason she was in a cage was because she landed directly in toad tower and not because she's weird spices they didn't know. Then Marcy, let's looks at the newts we haven't seen a single newt I think it's safe to say she landed directly in the city because there arnt any newts outside of the city. Thus they land where the concentrate of frog is where their portal like item I.
