OMG Marcy, I just made this and it was DELICIOUS!!! I've always been afraid to try making flan. I thought it was something difficult to do. This recipe is fairly easy and I strongly recommend it to those who are looking for something different to make/take for the holidays. MUNCHO BUENO as my dad would say ;-) My wife says she needs to meet you and thank you for the wonderful dishes I have made for her from your channel.

Thank you! It's always so nice to hear from you. And now that I know you're watching from Henderson, NV, I can imagine what it's like this time of year. I've only driven through. It only started to get cold where I live this past week. I had Tony turn on the heater for the first time. But, then again, I seem to get cold very easily. I think living in Arizona for 18 years made my blood thin. Still, I love pulling out my scarves and my boots. Glad you're enjoying the little outings that I'm trying to include more of in our videos. Oh wow! I'm surprised anyone noticed my little felt mice. I have always loved mice. (fake, not real ones, like you!) I'll have to show them up close in a future video because I call the female one "mousey inspired." She's currently making tortillas on a wood burning stove. I change out what she's cooking depending on the season. I had someone else suggest I do a whole episode showing my dishes, so maybe I can do sort of a show-and-tell in celebration of hitting 100K subscribers. Thanks so much for watching!
