Because I've been watching Marek's excellent 15 minute masterpieces, KZbin has been recommending me other excellent videos like this. You didn't do too badly lol you just needed to keep white sauce on the heat and constantly whisk for probably 10 mins or til thick enough. Baloon whisks work better too. I think that's the name for them bulbous whisks lol.
