I am so happy I found your you tube page. You are an awesome artist. My grand baby is due in December, and mom and dad are doing the room in steam punk. Once I found out what is was, I couldn't imagine doing my granddaughter's room that way. But after reading up on steam punk I began to like it. I'm going to use some of your ideas. I love what you do. I'm going to make two of the boxes, one for socks and little bottles, and another for hair barrettes. Hopefully I can do as near as good as you. Thank you so much for sharing

This is the very first mixed media canvas piece that I have seen. When I seen it in the lineup of videos, I had to watch. I think things like this are very beautiful and I always wondered how to do such things. I love the idea and thought of this piece, and in fact, all of your pieces. You do such a beautiful job! You have also encouraged me to start my own projects. I'm not artistic at all, so these will be a challenge for me, for sure. I've done researching online for many of the paints a chipboards you used. I'm so excited to start. I'm 37 and I know there is no limit for age with creativity. Thanks very much for the inspiration, tutorials, creativity and encouragement. Please keep doing all mixed media pieces, but the journals and canvases are my fav!

Lovely, as usual! I was glad to hear your advice about hot glue. I've taught several Finnabair-inspired classes this winter and someone always asks why I don't use a hot glue gun for attaching embellishments. I explain that, in my opinion, the glue will eventually give way and the embellishment(s) will fall off. I prefer to take the extra time for the 3D gel to dry - I know it is going to hold. Thanks for another beautiful piece of art inspiration.
