Hello from the state of Ohio in the USA. I have been watching you for a long time and this is the first time I have ever commented. I am an artist and a crafter. I have been depressed and in a slump for the past several months. And for the past few days I have been binge watching your vids. Your art journal videos and break a blank page videos are wonderful. This particular video has inspired me. I can't wait to get out my supplies and get to work. Thank you, Marta, for your positive attitude and your quiet encouragement. Keep creating.

I recently discovered your channel and am already super inspired! As someone who is new to art journaling, I appreciate your approachable style, how you use color/mixed media and that you’re actually are having fun! I also like that you use what you have and aren’t saying we need to run out and buy the entire art store (although that could be super fun but not budget friendly LOL). Please don’t speed up the videos...this pace is perfect! I am definitely not bored! Thank you!

I LOVE how you used washi and gelatos which you don't use often, but the page came out amazing!! I have been trying to save money and force myself to use supplies I have. It can be hard to not want to get the newest cool items or use old patterned papers that have gone out of style. This inspired me so much! There are no rules in art and I need to remember that and play more! Thank you so much for your channel!

This is sooooooo adorable Marta!!! I lovvvve how her skin tones ended up being more melancholic and dim while her flower and the background stayed bright and bold in color! Super nice contrast! Yeah, I feel the same way about my Washi... I got it and thought I'd use it a lot... but I rarely use it... yet I love it. I'm the same way with napkins, and several other things. I totally agree with you about the eyes they are my favorite things to color especially a child's or an old persons eyes there is just something about them. Just to add after watching through to the end...I'm wondering if you put a very think coat of gel medium over the gelatos, you might find that the other other mediums you used would have gone onto the page more easily because you would have had a non-pourous surface...just a thought.
