By now almost all of us we agree that we need a clinical CF. Currently, that means bringing Osihmen or Gyokeres. But my concern is that these two are likely not to be available in the January transfer window. Osihmen is on loan at Galatasary, and it will take a considerable discussion to bring him to the bridge. On the other hand, Gyokeres is fighting for the league title and golden boot at Lisbon making his deal difficult. Considering these factors Chelsea need to find a solution within as we wait for the end of the season to acquire a proper striker in my opinion.

Maresca problem is in the fact that he has abandoned the use of the full backs in their normal and rightful positions both in defence and attack. The full back initiate the attack and the join the attack in overlapping positions. In the same way they cover in defence at the flanks. Rather, he has resorted in using them in inverting roles creating lapses on the flanks which the opposition Teams are now exploiting against Chelsea. Maresca must sit up and change his strategy and Game Management. He must use the luxury of the Bench to the Teams benefit and stop doing very late substitutions. Maresca must sit up and he must do that now now or he may regret his actions
