Marfans Syndrome an Autosomal Dominant (70% Familial with 30% Sporadic Mutation) with a 1 to 10K Birth Incidence. Aetiology is FBN1 Gene Mutation or Fibrillin 1 Gene product, namely Connective Tissue Disorder. SSx:
