I'm in the process of studying Sanger's life, including reading her writings. What Seth Gruber is sharing is true. She was a strong believer in eugenics: Unfit people shouldn't be allowed to have childen. "Unfit" meant non-white races, the developmentally disabled, those with other disabilities, Jews and Southern Europeans, to name a few.
