GREAT video!!!! Would you believe I just bought one of these machines, at Goodwill, this morning for only $38! Mine is also the Key West .... but it is Model DM1000. I think the difference is ... that mine does not have the XL ice reservoir, plus it has green tones, where yours are blue. And, yours has the special lid for pouring. Other than that, it has the same controls at the base. It looked like it was only used once or twice. Brought it home, cleaned it up, and it looks BRAND new!!! Waiting for the weekend .... and I'm gonna make some tasty margarita's, daquiri's, pina colada's, etc. etc. Thanks again Flossy!

You need to put more ice into shaver at the beginning the extra weight of the ice will make it less watery and you won't need to do the extra shave at the end
