Just in the first minute and I remember, the last thrift hall where you also went so fast it made me dizzy. I love thrifting but you can't see anything at this speed. I did enjoy the hall where we could see the items. The quilt and printed lamp shade are my favorite

It doesn't take much effort to research items if you are interested in the history or date of a piece found when thrifting or antiquing. I actually find it fun and interesting to research the pieces I find. Not a criticism, just an FYI since you often say you are not sure if the piece is vintage or antique. Love your style! :)

I think researching is one of my favorite things to do - I get lost going down many rabbit holes! It’s even easier today with google reverse image search !! I loves Margo’s amazing taste and sense of style.

Hi Margo, So ceramics that are unglazed, have been through the kiln once at a lower temperature - it's called a bisque firing. If you use them for food, they will likely stain, as they could be quite porous, but they will make amazing décor.

That quilt is so beautiful !! My mom used to collect vintage quilts especially Amish ones and she told me once that they couldn’t make the quilts absolutely perfect bc only God was perfect so they intentionally made one square “imperfect” ie irregular. I wonder if your quilt has one square that’s different? ❤❤
