Lots of lovely China in that house including the willow pattern on that plate in blue traditional Chinese pattern. Lots of lovely tools in that shed. I like these "time capsule" homes. They're the best. Such beauty everywhere. I don't have anyone in my family (out of all the homes I've visited) that has their home set up even close to this. Everyone is very modern. I am different. I love the beautiful things. I really don't like modern very much.

@josieann5031 You would be surprised how certain items are highly collectible and worth lots of $, especially antiques/vintage/rare items. My aunt left me a bunch of dolls, I kept the ones I really liked and sold the rest. One doll from the 1970's was plastic and could change her eye colors. I thought she was creepy looking. My aunt tried to sell her for $4 in a yard sale and nobody wanted her. I sold her at auction for $900+! Seems she was more rare and in very good condition 😮

High Noah, Awesome videos, thanks a bunch for sharing. A word of caution the white mold spores floating unseen in the air are just as dangerous for your respiratory system as black. Wearing a mask would be suggestive. As a senior citizen everything you do concerning your health will definitely come back to haunt you later on in life. I had a real sense of sadness watching this video. It was obvious Margaret? had a fine passion in decorating her pad to her specifications. To observe her treasured belongings and passions being caked in white mold is so sad. Things she and her husband worked their lives to accumulate. This is the exact reason the Bible says in Matthew 6:19-21. Donot store for yourselves treasures on earth where moths and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. But, store up for yourself treasure where neither moth or rust destroy and where thieves donot break in and steal. All these abandoned videos are a perfect example of this!! In this case mold. Thanks Noah awesome but sad video! P€ac€ ~n~ £0¥✌️

Abandoned houses where everything is left are always so sad- you can imagine what their life was like. I bet Gene was out in his workshop fixing things and taking the boat out in the summer, maybe he went fishing, maybe Margaret went too and she’d bring him coffee and sandwiches out to the workshop. I think that little house/shack on the way to the workshop is a chicken coop so they’d maybe have their own eggs for breakfast. I think whichever of the two do them lived the longest got up one morning, something happened and they never came back, hence the unmade bed and stocked kitchen.

These spoons are souvenirs you buy at tourist spots. Seems they liked to travel a lot. There are people who collect those. Found some on eBay for about 56 €, silver with the coat of arms from a town nearby. Price might depend on the age of the spoon. I collected little silver charms (f.e. enameled coat of arms) at our family travels and outings for a bracelet as a child. They sold them in souvenir shops. The more charms dangling the better. Wonder where this bracelet has gone. There went quite a lot of pocket money into it or I successfully pestered my parents to buy me some😊
