Hello sir , i need urgent advice for my mother. In past she was diagnosed with migraine by a physician recently she got dengue fever and was admitted in hospital eith severe headache and fever that didnt go down. Her mri brain scans showed possibility for a brain infection so cerebrospinal fluid test was performed which didn't show any infection can you please tell what to do now there is no neurolgist available in my city and i live alone with her pls help
