Nice piece. It is almost a masterpiece. I kept thinking it would morph into La Mer and really come to life. I knew Semyon when he first came to America. At that time he weighed about 135 pounds. Apparently, he has eaten well since then.

Uma bela obra lírica e com pinceladas contemporânea. Dessner é muito criativo e ao mesmo tempo usa elementos dramáticos de W. Schumman, Nielsen e minimalistas. Muito bom.

Great majestic sounding orchestral work this guitarist from "the National". He is part of a group of rockers such as Tyondai Braxton ,Steve Mackey, Ben Folds and others who have stature in both rock and classical music.
