This is not apartment it's a hostel under the control of the consultancy according to our university whole hostel thing comes under control of consultancy.so we have to pay as hostel fee.apart from this if you want to stay in apartment rent will be around 22k for 4/6 members that even after 3rd year only so first 3yrs you have to stay in hostel it's mandatory.but the thing is if you move to apartment your hostel fee will not be reduced
