This also makes me realize how similar *Shadow & Cloud* are, both have had amnesia at one point, are loners on the surface but always try to do what's right, have spiky hair, are extremely good at combat, and have had someone they care about killed by a soldier right in front of them 💀 *Makes me wish Shadow was playable in Smash Bros so we could see a proper fight between them*

is it me or not that many people notice the similarity between sonic adventure 1 and sonic adventure 2 story lines, both stories revolve has a girl character who has a relation ship with a powerful being, but after they've got hurt , each of those powerful beings experienc a tragedy, one of them see many of his species die, while other one see his freind die, each girl sacrifice herself, one of them do it by accident, while other one do it on purpose, those powerful beings later on are being sealed for a while but after each awakens, they end up doing some thing for revenge, each one nearly succeed , but while one of them is stopped, other end up realizing his bad ways and try to fix them

lol thank GOD I just finished my playthrough of OG ffvii! I do think you're correct though, and it's cool when Sonic games are *about something*, even if it's also always a little goofy. Shadow the Hedgehog is totally Dirge of Cerberus. Origins is Pixel Remaster. Frontiers is Stranger of Paradise.
