This "sport" could be more exciting if the following tweaks were made. 1, promote singles play instead. Pickleball court is too cramp for 4 people. Leave that for the seniors and the children. 2, get rid of the kitchen line. I can't stand that thing. 3, Improve the equipment so there's more pace and spin. One more thing, make the game play more like a combination of tennis, table tennis, and badminton. This might require significant changes but the game will be more athletic and more exciting to watch.

The men were being a bit hoggish… steffi and Maria are both good enough to handle their own side. The men sometimes created a stuff up by crossing over and hogging the ball.

It’s not about hogging the ball, it’s about who has the dominate comfortable forehand side (in the case for Blake). It’s easier if the ball comes through the middle for the righty forehand volley to take it. For Jack’s case I don’t see him doing that that much, plus he’s always been known as a good doubles player and volleyer.

Pickleball pros don't make much. The number one player makes around 2.5 million a year with sponsorships, the number 1 female surely is close to 2 million. But 3-5 are probably lucky to get $200K a year. Lower than top 10 is lucky to break even.

With MONICA ON COURT....Graf would have won the half of what she won ! Monica at 19 had already won 8 slams ! And without the stab...it's easy to understand many other slams too. The opponents of Serena Williams were tougher than those of Graf. Kerber Halep Henin Andreescu Osaka were better than....Zvereva Conchita Martinez...Mary Joe Fernandez...and the old Navratilova !
