I will start offering masses for the poor souls in purgatory🙏

After watching this video, I asked the Poor Souls to help my pigeons. Two of my homing pigeons were lost outside during the storm, and I had seen the falcon circling. In such situations, I never get my pigeons back. The falcon gets them. I asked any Poor Souls who raised pigeons to help them. Both of the lost pigeons were back in the coop by nightfall.

When a person dies the soul sees the beauty of God and its ugliness and so willingly accepts purgatory so as to be made pure for its beloved. The soul accepts God's Justice and is grateful for His Mercy and kindness regarding its purgation.

Dr. Bacon, how do we differentiate between the assistance of an Angel and the assistance of a Poor Soul? Is this mentioned?
@dloveofgod8269Ай бұрын
Thank you. Also I was wondering if a person hears a voice as those Dr Christine mentioned how do you discern it's not an evil spirit trying to deceive you? I would wonder that if ever were to hear.

I was growing up as protestant, saw the holy soul in purgatory my whole life. Poorsoul they are not freely could speak to us or do anything for us only by God grace they can, angel the other hand can more often because they here to guide and light us. Just ask though are they holy souls or angel? But before you ask questions tell them to say this "Holy Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ" the poor souls and angels love to said this, if not that evil spirit pretendeing to be poorsoul or angel.

@@dloveofgod8269almost all of the time,it's not an audible voice,rather a thought from the spirit.telepathic communication.Its a fine line,but the two sources will have a very different vibe.

2Maccabees has Judas, a Jew, offering a sin offering for the dead, only because he thought it was the right thing to do. God instituted the sin offering sacrifices. Sin offerings were only to be offered for the living who sinned. There is no reference in the Old Testament, especially Leviticus, when God ordained these sacrifices, that these could be performed post humously. Judas may have been a mighty warrior but perhaps not an observant Jew. If this was an acceptable practice, it would be repeated throughout the Old and New Testament. Judas perhaps was confused about the purpose of proper sin offerings to God and he has led many people astray because of it. It is better to follow what God said in Leviticus rather than put inaccurate words in God’s mouth. You will stand before Jesus very soon and give an account of praying to and for the dead, against His wishes. It is better to put your entire love and effort into serving Jesus, who died on the cross for your sins. Once you realize that you are a sinner, ask Jesus for forgiveness, surrender your body, soul and spirit to only Him, repent and do not delve into praying to anyone other than God your Father and Jesus Christ, your Saviour. I was a Roman Catholic for many years, until the Holy Spirit called me away from this religion. I have since learned that many of the traditions and rituals are pagan in nature and lead many away from a true relationship with Jesus Christ, even though you truly believe that you are holy in your prayers, actions, beliefs and doctrines. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and teach you the truth after you pray the prayer I suggested above. May God bless you and guide you!
@donnaarseniuk531Ай бұрын
Deuteronomy 18 tells us NOT to communicate with the dead. Necromancy is an abomination to God. Beware! You may think you are speaking to “poor Souls” in purgatory but you are actually speaking to demons who are pretending to be messengers of light. Stay away from this stuff! Ask forgiveness from God and repent.
@DrChristineBaconАй бұрын
@@donnaarseniuk531 we're NOT communicating with the dead! We're PRAYING. It's all over the new testament.
@donnaarseniuk531Ай бұрын
@ Praying IS communicating. Which New Testament verses say this?
@Cp60448Ай бұрын
When I pray the Prayer of St Gertrude to release the holy souls in purgatory, I sometimes will dedicate that prayer to Mother Mary and ask her to disperse the prayer to those souls she deems most in need such as those that have no one to pray for them. Masses can also be said for the holy souls. I find that the souls released will reciprocate the kindness. It’s a joy when I sense this.
@paulab7164Ай бұрын
7 Maccabes 12 in the old testament talks about praying for the dead. This is what us catholics do. Its scriptural. New testament have numeral verses authenticating this eg 2 Tim 1.18. Any of the laws of the catholic church which I doubted were found to be true when I dug a little and looked into it. I hope this helps 🙏
@DrChristineBaconАй бұрын
@donnaarseniuk531 i don't need the New Testament to tell me this. I need a dictionary. Look up the word "to pray". It'll help you.

@tabstabs4855 yes, they do. But God will search their hearts and whether or not they have a true heart for and desire to know God.
