Tired of the bitching and moaning in the comments lol. The writers are clearly planning on them getting together, and those who only watch Kacy clips mightn't know they're the CENTRAL and currently ONLY romantic plotline being written on the show. But it's still a cop procedural, not every ep can be about them! just because this isn't The L Word, y'all throw around "queer-bait" wayy too easily. They only broke up 5 eps ago and this is going to be a 23 ep season. There needs to be tension and conflict to give them an actual storyline in between the main plots. Furthermore i'm done with the Lucy hate. It's just a mistake that Kate hadn't broken up with her gf but it was her CHOICE to LIE about it to Lucy. She wasn't going to tell Lucy and Lucy had to find out the hard way that Kate was with her ex without telling her. That can cause so much mistrust and hurt and now Lucy has to keep seeing her at work when she's not over her? I love Kate but Lucy's allowed to be mad. Is she being a little petty? Sure. But would I be petty in the same situation? Yeah, probably. They are both obviously still in their feelings about each other though and I enjoy seeing that, that's still a queer feelings being represented even if it's not currently a queer relationship. Some of you act like gay characters only are worth seeing if they're in a relationship lmao Everyone says they love a slow-burn until they actually get a slow-burn apparently, weak!!

I've been reading about the writers baiting on the show. Actually I disagree, there have been scenes with Kate and Lucy together on a date and just hanging out together that leads us to believe that they are together. So there is nothing baiting about this great #NcisHawaii show. I enjoy the drama and crime solving. The actors are very good storylines are good.

lmao no Lucy is hurt because kate LIED to her about it and hid it. In a relationship that has already been full of secrets and insecurity. It's not baiting because they clearly have feelings for each other still. i'm sorry if you can't handle a relationship that's not jumping immediately back in the sack but the rest of us will continue to enjoy the tension, i think the writers are doing a great job and kacy is not the central focus of the show after all

I literally broke up with my last girlfriend because she refused to talk to me. It wasn't healthy. If they want them apart, fine. I don't agree that the writers are baiting, but Lucy's reaction did seem disproportionate (and wildly unprofessional) to me too. She acted like she was cheated on or Whistler was actively in two relationships. Yea, she wasn't honest that morning when her gf called from DC, but when she tried to explain she said they hadn't spoken before that. Still, Lucy was mad for months and they were just dating in the first place...so she shouldn't have expected a commitment. I'm glad Ernie was constantly there to call her out on her bs
