Idk if I'd call them 'carnivore, but mushroom DNA is actually much closer to human than plant

Mushrooms aren't plants, they are fungi. So whether you eat them or not don't shun them because you think they are plants. I h have always loved beef wellington and have been making it since 1970. I have an Oryx roast so this would be a great way to prepare it. Thanks.
