Yes, it’s great to be thorough with the use of your RF machine because it helps boost collagen levels within the skin. RF machines get that done by heating the lower layers of the skin without even touching the outer epidermis. It sounds safe on paper, but not everything is safe in large quantities. Let me know if you have any questions. Maria XO

Hello Paola, I’m happy that you found me :-) every week I do different tutorials from beauty to health and wellness. To answer your question microcurrent it’s an amazing machine if it’s done properly and if you do it once a week with facial muscle exercising you will see amazing results. However, radio frequency in my opinion is dangerous if it’s not done correctly and for what reason you’re using it. If it’s for fat reduction, be very careful not to do it where it could age you, however you can do it more often. If you’re doing it for affirming you should not do it too often. I find that most people do it too often, removing the lower fat in the face and in the long run causing aging. You do need to check the protocol of your machine, do some research that you don’t do it too often. If you have any further questions let me know. Maria

Thanks for all the information. Your tutorials are the best 👌 Can I do micro-needling and radio frequency alternatively two weeks apart? Or I have to wait 4 weeks between each treatment?
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining2 жыл бұрын
By looking at your picture it seems like you’re pretty young, be very careful not to overstimulate the college and fibres now that you’re young. For you it is more preventive so I would do a treatment every four weeks, however you can do facial muscle exercising every night:-) let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you for your comments, I always appreciate hearing from my subscribers.Maria

What about the line above the nose between the eyes? How do you do that one?
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining2 жыл бұрын
Hello Wilma, if you have lines between the eyebrows, you could use the vacuum suction to bring blood and stimulation in the area, but most of all facial muscle exercising and monthly microneedling. I have both tutorials on that. If you cannot find them let me know so I can send you a link. Maria

Hi. Thanks for the video. I have subscribed. How many minutes exactly would you use RF device on the neck/double chin only? Thank you so much
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining3 жыл бұрын
For the neck, Jaw line and chin I would say 10 to 12 minutes. Be very careful that you do not go in the centre of your neck over the thyroid.

Question for you, I have watched many videos on this and when people use the rf for weight loss on bodies they using the rf along with cavitation and vacuum every three days. I heard and believe you are probably correct only use once a month. So question is, using the rf every 3 days probably not good for the body as well? I am glad I seen video because even people going to spas are getting all done every 3 days, rf, cavitation, vacuum and sometimes use the pads that mimic crunches. Thank you and hope you can answer this
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining3 жыл бұрын
Hi .... thank you for your support and comments. Sorry that I did not answer you sooner. For the body if it for weight loss you can do it more often in conjunction with diet and exercising. Let me know if you have any further questions.

How many minutes on each spot Maria? 7-8 times on each sections only right? I'm going to have to play this video while doing it. I have the Beauty Star RF one. Does this lift the sagging cheeks, because mine look like they have a dent right below the eye. Will this help? I started doing the micro needling. Honestly I love how it tightens the skin.
