Those people that say she never surpassed her studio verisons are just pressed because there favorites will NEVER reach what she did. Every performance she did from 1990-1999 even to early 2000's were emotional and heart felt. She may not have her voice like she had but she fuck every bitch up back in her prime days and outsold almost the majority besides madonna! studio verison or live version are magical.

According to Nielsen Soundscan Mariah is the biggest selling female artist in history she has sold 250 million and Madonna and Celine 300 and 275 million each however they did it in a space of time of 40-45 years and Mariah did in 30. So in bulk yes they surpassed her but when you make sales per year record sales she is a fast selling

Celine has sold around 200 mln, less than Mariah. Madonna sold more but in a longer time (250 mln), which makes her not the best but the BIGGEST selling female artist of all time. It's different.

She need to stop touring and work on execution of the notes. Too much touring is damaging her voice. She needs to give us only special performances. She will never do this song again until she stops touring. This is a hard vocal song. Even the remix is hard. She can only do it now if it's in a Lower Octave which she has done on the David Letterman show KZbin it. She killed it!!!
