Yes the CD version sounds just like this. But, for this song I prefer her live version because she adds more vocal runs and surprises than the usual original CD version. Mariah is one of the few artists ever that sounds as good as the CD version. Not too many can say that. Only people like Mariah, Lara Fabian, Lisa Lavie, Aretha Franklin, Luis Miguel, Celine Dion, Luciano Pavarotti and Morrissette Amon can truly sound as good as the record when they sang in their prime live.
