English is not my first language, and I'm impressed with her choice of words for the lyrics, i.e. on Never Too Far, I never thought the words, i.e. transcend, glittering, incandescent, solace, could be made into a song... There are more in other songs too, like solitude, emblazone (My All), incessantly, euphoric, (Heartbreaker), etc.

I wish we did more for the children of the world around Christmas. Buy them gifts and donate them, I do it every year and so can you. We can make sure every child gets at least one toy for Christmas this year. Children deserve to have toys to play with and inspire their imagination so when they grow up they have a better idea of what they want to spend their lives doing. Get them dump trucks, toy helicopters, hot wheels, Barbie’s, babies, easy bake ovens. Toys can make the difference in a child’s life, they certainly did mine and my siblings because we didn’t have any friends growing up

Mariah 'Had' strong vocals and that was her strong point. However, Beyonce not only had a good voice but she was a beast at performing on stage.. Bey had strong competition from Madonna, Katy Perry, Rih Rih, Gwen Stefani, Taylor Swift, Adele among others... Y'all love taking away Beyonce's accomplishments by saying she had no competition. When "All I Want for Christmas Is You" first came out in 1994, I was lucky enough to go to a meet-and-greet in Midtown Manhattan and meet Mariah in person. I will forever be grateful for that moment - every time the song comes on, I'm transported back to that moment and that stage of my life. The song got only mediocre reviews back then - I am glad to see the song grow on people over the years!
