Im so dang glad someone else notices that run. No matter what her vocal condition she goes for it really often. And it isn't uncommon she tries all 3 times for any given performance. Rewatching this, I never noticed how she does that ending all in one breath. Around 3:20 I'd give my all *small breath* For your love *even tinier breath* Toniight-igh-givemyall-ooh-foryourlove-uhhh That last tonight is amazing to hear and watch her change the speed, tecture, and even do ascending runs with such control.
