I don't think Glitter was that bad. It was one of those moviews that are good to watch on TV like on Lifetime or something. I thought her acting was decent. It could've been so much worse. BAPS was tacky but for what is was Halle played it as she should've.

B.A.P.S, Halle Berry acted like a fool in that move but she is one of the greatest actors of our time so shut up and wait you may be surprised. Ok, i agree that we have free will and a conscience. Although, i don't believe in heaven and hell. only figuratively. so, why was it necessary to point out the reference to the bible or god? i respect your beliefs, but i don't think they should be spoken about as "absolute truths". i don't see the transcendent verification of that. i, like many, don't believe god exists.

Exactly what I said comprised in all my comments as a collective. I like Glitter but as you said it's as good as a made for t.v. movie. I love lifetime movies but let's be real, most of those actors will not have any big roles worth mentioning. (note, I said most)

First let me say that, I can say what I feel like! Actually, yes Halle acted like a fool but if you come from that type of environment you would know that is how women like that character act! Just because it was a ghetto massacre does not mean she didn't ACT the part! Furthermore, as an actor Mariah should not be mention with Halle Berry! Like I said before (if you read other comments) I like Glitter, that does NOT mean Mariah acted well in the part, it does mean that the story line was good!

I don't have to see her next movie to judge her previous attempts! What is she going to do... jump into another person's body and become a good actress? Just because people are good at music doesn't make them good at everything... I hate seeing people try to cross from music to acting and getting a role just because of who they are! Did you see Glitter? If you go from a well known musician to try acting please take time to REALLY learn the craft... anyone can play a part only few can truly ACT!
