I'm 100% new to ballet, but at 41 and after years of working on the computer, I find Maria's exercises better than yoga or Pilates for addressing slumped and tight neck, chest, shoulder, arms, wrists. I will try more to actually get in shape as well! :-)

I love this class sooooooooo much. i am an adult ballet beginner for half a year. the tempo is comfortable for me and i love u sharing ur feeling during the practice, that really helps me to get the key points of each movement. i like ur characteristic really. in all, this is a chill and enjoyable class ~ love u~

I truthly liked the class and admier the bailarina the class is a little short I like to do clases of 5 hours so I think its better to make it a little longer but else it's a great class and to be saving the truth the bailarina is great really good at her jobThank you

Hello. I happed to come across your video unintentionally, however I am so glad I did! Watching this is so interesting and inspiring. I do not have a ballet body and my knees do not permit me to Plié properly too much without discomfort, not to mention, zero flexibility compared to you., but watching you teach these exercises , makes me want to try.
