I love all of your podcasts Team but this episode had me pulling over on the side of the road in tears, writing notes in my phone. Thank you. I could listen to the three of you talking all day. I’m not a yogi, I struggle to meditate, and I’m only new to my health journey, and this was outstanding. Relevant, articulate (even someone like me could follow everything), and deeply moving. Huge fan - keep them coming. Love from Tash from Oz x

THANKS MARIA for explaining to people how to be an active medical patient in being detailed with your symptoms, duration of symptoms seen, Kels what have you done and researched prior to going to a doctor Is great... Because currently with technology not old school everything is computerized (software template streaming as to not be detailed oriented / insurance) the old school doctors had/ has charts hand written... history...etc. I have seen the change in family owned medical practice of where it is now and once been....
