I love to watch you. I have PTSD/anxiety from the loss of my Son. His birthday is 12/21, so this is a really hard time of year for me. I have learned to engage in calm and pleasing activities instead of having to use medications. There is truth that Art Therapy is good for the soul. Thank you for posting your work!

Hi Ann, I am so sorry to hear this.. and yes, painting is the best therapy.. I hope you will be able to paint that day, I believe it will help you to get through the day🌸 The end of December is very hard for me too.. Dec 27th my twin brother took his own life.. it's been 6 years now.🌹

@@mariamorjane I am so very sorry for your Family's loss. No one can tell me why my healthy 32 year old Son passed in his sleep. It has been 8 years. I spend a good deal of time with other Mother's that have lost a child. The ones that happen from suicide seems to be the hardest to live with. I hope you know that your Brother didn't do this to hurt any of you. I truly believe God immediately welcomed him in his open arms. His mind is healthy and whole again. Blessings, and keep sharing your wonderful talent!
