Holidayed in Hydra a couple of years ago on the Leonard trail, the most chilled holiday I've ever had. I peaked over his wall, he wasn't in. Alas, now he'll never be in...Looking forward to this, God bless field commander Cohen.

Hydra was/is so much a beautiful place... when Marianne, set her footsteps onto the dock, Hydra, August 21, 1960, then she walked up the steps to his room. Listening to his songs, she began wet ink hand writing in cursive notes on musical score sheets his songs. Then when her ink pen wet dry, ran out of ink, she screamed, I need a typewriter.

Watched the movie and enjoyed it, but had difficulty with the subtitles as it was hard to read the fast moving white print on a light background. Would have been better if was in English as some of it was.❤

watched the docu. its a tragic love story...who to blame? idk...maybe "free-love-movement" where people thought everything is possible, commitments are just a social thing...and they all ended up broken...at the end free love broke all of them. Leonard was fortunate that he found Zen.

in love, you don't give yourself away... in love, you surrender... if, in fact this was real, they would have surrendered... ...I believe they both knew that their love was deep for one another, but neither of them truly surrendered to one another. Where there is no commitment, there is no contentment within the confines of LOVE. You cannot define what was never yours to begin with. You can only nurture what was given to you...or not. divorce always ensues...those who do not know the Nature of Love. We are given the gift of Love, we do not manufacture it. Only try to manipulate it, to suit our needs...which isn't LOVE. It comes out of us, but does not originate from us. We cannot harness its fullness, until we fully surrender to it! The devil doesn't want you to know the real VERSION, LOVE'S fulfillment... ...he only keeps you disillusioned to its false worldly romantic interludes... ...and variety of adulterous contemplations...
