Maybe, UK Deep House. It falls under the electronic music umbrella, but Deep House is probably the most appropriate sub genre.

Artists like Maribou State are hard to define in terms of genre as they are very diverse with their music. I would say Ambient, downtempo, deep house, dubstep, future garage. At least I hear elements of these genres in their music. If you're looking for similar artists, lastfm used to be pretty good at that. Not sure what it's like now. Mind you, looking on lastfm just now and it has George Fitzgerald as a similar artist. Would highly recommend checking him out!
