Fun little fact: On the mobile game, Marie has a move exclusive to mobile only where she can resurrect her own teammates or incinerate the corpses (permanent death) of her opposing team after gaining enough charge.

I've been messing around with Marie for several hours now, and she most definitely feels unorthodox, but strong. Honestly I think she could fit any position on the team - point will let her more easily get her blockstrings with both lasers and dust bunnies set up, mid for strong assists, or anchor to meter dump because honestly her supers are pretty strong, if short range. Worth noting that her grab super can be comboed into with qcb.HP if it staggers, and the same super seems to do more damage if you use up or down commands instead of left or right.

Okay so they gave her a Luigi vacuum command grab and air grab, and gave her the sans throw as an extendable special. On top of giving her skins for both of them. Can’t wait to see the people maximizing those moves with those skins lol

As I am not a developer for the game, I can't say for sure. However, they've eluded to the fact that they may be working on a Season 2, they're just waiting to see how the funding and recruitment of new talent (artists, VAs, etc.) goes before making a concrete announcement. At least, that's what I've heard :)
