hey, whats up? i m from india, i hv been talking abt yr videos to my sisters, they were very inspired, they r really scared to go out at ni8, u knw why? its very good what u r doing. they hv been askin me, aftr the bad guy is down on the street, what next? is 1 stomp is enough? he might wake up again.

i personaly knw bit of jiu jitsu, i think when the guys down on the street, the girl should run over his body or trample him with her full weight, break couple of bones instead of stomp nd run? what do u suggest?

Hi Krishnendu - I'm so happy you share this with your sisters. My heart goes out to them. My advice is to make sure you have done enough damage to the attacker, so he cannot run after you. but to also get away as fast as possible. Don't linger too long. A kick to the head, face, neck may work well, but it depends on the situation of course. Stay safe!

Hi Sean, I did. But I was able to scare off my attacker before I had to use any real physical techniques. Using your mouth is sometimes the best self defense weapon that we have. :)
