I love my Converse and have had so many colors, right now black and navy, and they look good with everything! Also love a Mary Jane, so flattering and versatile. I love a strappy shoe! Bonjour et merci Merci Marie-Anne. You said ballet flats are back in fashion. Oops. I’ve been wearing them for years. 😂 I nearly always have loafers too but it’s been hard to nice ones for a while. That’s great news that they’re fashionable this year. I need some loafers for my wardrobe so I should have more options next year when winter arrives. I like ankle boots but it’s been hard to find a pair for me. Maybe I’ll be luck with those as well. I bought a pair locally but from a shopping channel and had to return them which cost me $30 just to return them. So I’ll see what comes into the shops in autumn. Summer will be here soon though. We’re experiencing a taste of summer, an early summer for the past few days (34 degrees Celsius). I know you love your Converse but they have rough insoles and I don’t see why they can’t make them comfortable without having to add an insole. A thin layer of canvas doesn’t cut it and the ones I tried on didn’t even have that. There are many comfortable (and attractive) options that don’t make you feel like you’ve put your foot into gravel. 😂 Maybe we get cheaper ones in our market. I loved seeing little Coco in your bag. So sweet. As always, lovely to see you too. 🤗

Shoes and boots are a definite weakness for me, too. Footwear sets the tone of the outfit, they’re so important in styling. Comfort, as well as material (genuine leather only) and style, is the biggest priority for my shoe choices and Sezane’s Paula Babies are my current favorite. I wish they had a closed-heel version for the coming cool season. They do have such a shoe, but the heels are too high for me, the Paula’s are perfect. But, I couldn’t see myself wearing them with tights❤

Due to injuries and surgeries, I can only wear Clarks lace up ankle boots..I have them in black, mid brown, maroon and light olive/khaki. Plus I can wear vintage classic Reeboks. I have white, ballet pink, light lilac and gold. My clothes are adapted to my footwear, and I am petite. Somehow I manage to look good, but miss a 2" heel. I'm not giving up.

I actually just ordered a pair of Mary Janes. I found them at a cheaper price on Amazon, but I am returning them. The left shoe is bigger than the right by about 1/2 size. If it weren’t for the strap they’d be coming off my foot. They are marked the same size, but clearly something is wrong. Will order directly from the company or find them in a store.
