I love all your knits! I always enjoy knitting and watching your podcasts because you always make me laugh. I would love to hang out with you. I totally understand about the menopause hot flashes and I keep stupidly knitting all this freaking hot sweaters and I can’t wear them. I need help. Hahaha. Thanks putting this videos out and making my day.

Fabulous video! You made some beautiful things. I think my favourite is the tank top sewed from the thrifted tablecloth…that is so creative and unique!

I love food too and it shows on me. lol All your makes are beautiful. I can't wait to see what you make this year. I'm working on my second Corrie In Poncho, because of you! I am really enjoying the knit. They are so much fun to make. You are lucky you aren't up here in the Seattle area right now because it's like 20 degrees and colder when the sun goes down! It's time to relax and knit and stay out of the freezing weather. Happy New Year!

“It was something.” The best quote about sock knitting. I try, like you and want knit socks and have some on the needles that I will finish but it is SO BORING. 😂😂😂 sweaters and hats and shawls (for me) forever and ever. My true knitting loves. 😂❤️

What a great video! I love your presentation of projects. I think the RIT-ual dyed sweater is pretty nice despite what you went through to get it there - I also like that spinach diarrhea green 😆

You are a joy to watch and can’t wait to watch more. You are so enthusiastic. New subscriber here and I love your podcast. It looks like your Rhinebeck sweater needs more stitches picked up for the bands. It’s beautiful and a shame. Hope you can fix it as it’s stunning.

Your socks are gorgeous. You might want to give two circulars a try. So much less fiddly. They were a game changer for me. Crazy Sock Lady has a video tutorial for knitting with two circulars. Might be just what you’re looking for.

🍃💩🤣🤭 I like that colour personally! Such fun, love it all so pretty. Your colours are so good. Socks. Try 2 x 16” split half ion each needle and knit half with the same needle, drop it, go to the other side, pick up the end of the needle that those stitches are on and knit them and so on. Like magic loop without all the f$#%ing around. Just pull the 2nd stitch to stop the laddering. Worth a try maybe 🤔

Congratulations on all those gorgeous FO’s, Marilisa! I appreciate your “keeping it real” - letting us know what worked and what didn’t. I’ll have to remember your “Ritz-ual!” 😅 I’d love to know more about your labels. Do you think sometime you can give us close-up of one and also let us know where you got them? Thanks so much! ❤

Thank you for posting your beautiful garments. I love your videos and girl, you crack me up! Menopausal over here 🙋♀too so I get you about knitting lightweight garments. And your kitty Fiona is so funny chasing your Pom Pom hat-which I want to know what yarn and color way is the On the Road Again hat made from? It is GORG-GEE-OUS! I know you sortof mentioned the yarn but I didn’t catch it in the video. Also how did you get the fabuloso gold sparkle sequins on there??, is it also a yarn? ❤thanks😘

nice knits n' sews girl, well done. re: socks, i have never really understood why people make their socks so high up the leg - imagine going shopping for socks to wear with pants say for work - even if you buy them at walmart, would you ever select a pair of socks that are that high? no. unless maybe you want tube socks for sports or something. i always knit my socks 'short', though i don't think of them as shorties - they are just socks. to wear with pants. or clogs - but not high up my damn leg. yes to the new buttons! (wasn't a fan of the white ones...) love the hat/cat story! i've finally had to give my half/half triangle wrap over to my cat - yes, all 6 skeins of linen quill to a cat! he loves it - nooks on it all the time - won't let me wear it - it's his. if you rip back that sweater edge and reknit/doubleknit - will you please film that? thanks. i'm not a sewist, but i love watching you sew! yes more please in 2024!
