Wow. I bought the deluxe edition with my name in the credits. I can't believe it was that long ago. I'm glad I helped make possible one of the greatest albums of all time (and possibly space).

Marbles is the best album of the 'H' era, although all of them are great - It's the one I keep going back to over and over - 20 years young and still sounds fantastic. Keep it going Marillion!

... as soon as they touch their musical instruments, something good comes out all the time! I wish there were more bands that actually make a 'difference; in people's lives, because most songs are about people's lives! Happy 20th anniversary! 🎉🎂🎸🎶

Thank you so much for all the great music over the years. Marillion is my favorite band and I'm infinitely grateful for finding it years ago. Ocean Cloud was the first Marillion song I listened and I knew at that moment that what I found was a marvelous treasure. Happy 20th Birthday, Marbles.

Wow ! I almost fainted when I read that Marbles was 20 yo. I saw the band twice on this tour and still have a picture with H and I taken after the show on the stairs of the Élysée Montmartre... Such a great memory. Thx Marillion ❤😁

I was so proud of this album I bought an extra copy to send to a friend who hadn't heard of the band for a long time and he was utterly impressed by it. He even came to see it played in London with me.

We had moved house. It was a bit of an uncertain period. Between jobs, freelancing. I drove back two hours to the old house to clean the place. 'Marbles' had arrived and filled the post box: perfect timing. I was to give back the key later. On the drive back across the hills I listened to the album on the car's CD player. It was quite a step forward from wonderful 'Anoraknophobia', into several different directions. Letting the group play the soundtrack to the next phase in my life. What an uplifting experience.

This was the first album where I was aware of the crowdfunding campaign soon enough that I could have contributed to it, and I remember debating whether I should. I did not, and then the album was released and I felt so sad that I had not contributed. It would have been so excellent to have my name included in any way for that album. There was the single-CD version, and then the double-CD version which is so great. I can't imagine anyone preferring the single-CD version over the full version.

Absolute CLASSIC album. This was the first time I'd seen Marillion "LIVE",went to Leeds Uni with 3 friends. Many memorable moments, for a start there was a car parked outside,Leeds Uni,with the Marbles album cover painted on it (wish I'd taken a photo)...when the band were coming on stage the audience welcomed them rapturously FOR FIVE MINUTES...and then we had the enormous pleasure of a TRULY WONDERFUL performance by five consummate professionals. WOW !! It was a REALLY SPECIAL night.

This album was my entry back to Marillion after my hiatus from the late 80s. When I heard Marbles 20 years ago, it made me ask myself why I didn't revisit the band's music. I missed the awesome music the band made in the time between the late 80's until Marbles. I'm so happy this album dragged me back in as a fan when Marbles came out, and for all the joy the band has brought to me since! Fish who???
