Marillion is my one and only favorite band. I’d have to say this is the best thing that I’ve seen any band do in a very long time. ❤️ I and thousands, perhaps millions of other fans can’t wait for the new album, An Hour Before It’s Dark to be released. I know I’m waiting anxiously to receive my pre ordered copy. I know I will love this album just as much as all the other Marillion albums. What I always go back to thinking is how they've all continued to be FRIENDS. Hearing about bands like Yes, Asia, Queensryche and Journey and all the BUSINESS and pettiness and egos that seemed to have destroyed any level of friendship between the members. Sure, Marillion is also a business; it has to be to some extent for it to continue to function as it has for so long. But, unless these five are also fantastic actors on top of being fantastic musicians, there remains a deep love and camaraderie between them, which cannot help but be reflected in their work. May it long continue.

very few bands have remained as tight for almost their entire run indeed, Marillion's dynamic reminds me of japanese rock band Buck Tick, which had the same members from beginning (1983) up until the sudden passing of the lead singer in 2023

Just LOVE Marillion. I'll never forget the 1st time I saw them live, at Leeds Uni, it was the Marbles tour. The crowd clapped and cheered wildly for several minutes before they'd played a single note. It was a truly memorable gig,as were the 5 since,that I've seen ! I can sense there's something "very Special" being released on the 4th of March.

I can't remember if I ordered a signed one..or not. Doh! The curse of writing left handed is smearing everything you just wrote. It becomes a physically monumental task to try and make sure the side of your hand is up and above the ink. Or, you have the upside down writing trick mastered. Looking forward to the new CD. The album title is so related with what will do in Bali Island on March 3...it is called Nyepi, a silence day...going to dark completely at night, no lights etc...be there if possible...anyway, you guys awesome and legend, thanks for your music...from Bali with love.
