He is what ? I m trying to find a singing quality on this guy and i cant. The only "artistic " qualities i find on his trade , are an extravagant look, extreme/bissare videos, unusual lifestyle, and bold statements on media appealing to younger audience which i guess is important if you want to build a career out of nothing . One might say that you could swap this guy with another , put the same make up and cloths and he could do just fine in most of his songs infront of a live audience . Maybe he is writing parts of his music or lyrics i dont know about that. I hope he is to be honest otherwise there is nothing left , which makes me wonder how someone with no special music skills can become so big . This is not news though , there are countless examples of artists doing well without great skills. Maybe i m wrong though, can you share some video where i can appreciate his singing abilities? Dont get me wrong , i mean i kinda like the guy and some of his songs but stating that he is a great singer , i dont know man :)

Sure, yet it also seems kinda clear that talking to them, as everyone else would have attempted, wouldn’t change a thing. They wouldn’t want to listen to this kind of repetitive shit. Sick people, or ones that strongly believe in the rightness of the thing they’re doing don’t care about what you want to say, since you ignore their view on the situation. So yes, listening to them would be the best option here. When you can’t do shit about what has happened nor can „fix” the morals of the attackers, all you can do is try to understand, as everything has a reason to it, even dumbest.

I love all these negative comments from people that aren't even old enough to have been alive when Manson broke into the music scene..... and have absolutely no idea what a tremendous impact he had on music, culture, and the media. Elvis did it in the early 60s Alice Cooper did it in the early 70s Ozzy Osbourne did it in the mid 80s Manson did it in the late 90s And NO ONE since..... has been able to create such controversy, and cause so many people to either love them so intensely.... or hate them so passionately. This man is a legend, a true artist, and will ALWAYS have a following. Phenomenal performance from one of the true greats.
@mattobrien9404 жыл бұрын
Manson was and still is one of the greatest artists of my time! I'm 33 and grew up listening to him. And yess he sparked a lot of contraversy In the music world but nobody could do it better!
@ninefourteener4 жыл бұрын
@@mattobrien940 I'm 45, and grew up playing in a thrash metal band in South Florida in the early 90s. I was quite a bit younger than him at the time, but my High School band played many of the same places/gigs as "Marylin Manson and the Spooky Kids". I've actually met him in passing a few times. We weren't "friends" or anything, but I've probably met him 3 or 4 times. Honestly, at the time... I wasn't impressed. MM & SK didn't even have a drummer - they used a drum machine. They were NOT well-respected by the Thrash/Death metal scene in South Florida at the time.... at all. It wasn't until about 1995 or 1996 that I heard "Sweet Dreams" on the radio, and thought "That's a cool rendition.... who is that?" Low and Behold... Marylin Manson got signed by a record company. I couldn't help but think back to all the guys I knew that laughed at him before he was signed. Just goes to show you how strange things happen. Now? I'm a huge fan. Love his music. Love his style, and I love the controversy he creates. I know that the Columbine shooting was essentially the demise of his career... because the Libtard media just LOVES to point fingers at guns and music... rather than shitty parents. That has been happening since the 60s. He was the right level of popularity at the time.. to make a perfect target. Just like Twisted Sister was in the 80s when the PMRC came after them. I'm hoping he makes a comeback in popularity. He deserves it.

He is first a great composer, you may know his works from movies like 300, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, Guardians of the Galaxy, John Wick 1&2&3, Samurai Jack, etc. He is not afraid of anything. He started collaborating with Manson when the show Salem appeared and they made together the intro. After that the constantly worked together, their masterpiece being the album The Pale Emperor.
