I stayed here for a couple of nights right about the same time you filmed this. I've had a flood of memory from the decorations they had installed seen again in this video. The free cocktail afternoon at the club lounge was quite fun and made the cost of staying there well worth it (apart from the view and decor) I'll be back there again in May on my way to Thailand. I just left this place.. Its absolutely beautiful. The pool is open to all guests and you also have gym access. The pool shuts around 10pm but there's still alot going up there at night. Highly recommended.. One of my favourites :D

Wow...I was just reading about this hotel today in a 'man made wonders' nat geo magazine. I was in awe from the one picture they showed. Then this guy spends the money to take the airplane flight, deal with all the local movement in a foreign land, spend the money on the hotel for who knows what ungodly number and then walks us around every inch of the place worth seeing. He just saved me over a thousand dollars and a weeks vacation time from work. And I thought the video quality was excellent.

You can visit the hotel without a room. Restaurants/Bars open to public. Only the Pool reserved for guests. Filming , you'd have to check with hotel...

did they put there a place to change at the sky pool? in 2011 there was just a toilet :), also no lockers...and they got a "policy" that you should not walk around in a bathrobe, what was mostly ignored. If not mistaken in tower 2 was the wellness part with lockers, etc....but with no access to the sky pool

Arrian Culjak Great place all good. Better to get balcony room which overlooks the Ocean. City view rooms don't have balcony. Make sure you get high floor. Enjoy the honeymoon ;-)

+Marshal Vijay You need a keycard that works. So if your friend is staying in the hotel - and you visit your friend, you could use his keycard to swim at roof.

Room rate varies a lot thru the year. Starts about $400 usd a night. Breakfast included. Gardens by The Bay has nothing to do with the hotel - conveniently next door though, separate tickets for Gardens by The Bay.

Singapore have plenty of hotals. My 2 favorites are Sentosa and Marina Bay Sand (my parents call it MBS lol) Marina bay sand's hotal has 3 towers and i think 2 types of room? I dont know. The first 1 is Premium i think, it is bigger then the other one and has a bathtub and a balcony! Another one is Deluxe, it is smaller and has no bathtub. Both onky have toilrt papers in the toilet (DUUUHHH) and yeah. I luv the premuim one and then... Sentosa has plenty of hotals. Hard rock to Aquaris,to MANY kinds! Hard rock's rooms are like... the marina bay sands deluxe but bigger, and the view is much bigger. (Not really good doh as another hotal can block the view like festive.While Aquaris's premium room has a bathtub and MUCH bigger then marina bay sands's premuim room. Hahaha. Hope you put Singapore as your 'Dream land' and wish you luck if you want to fly Singapore (Where I Live) AND GOOD BYE FOR NOW

An Amazing hotel to look at but ground floor looks so impersonal, bars and restaurants just look like your in any big mall, Amazing rooftop again but still looks impersonal, going to Singapore in 2017 hope to stay at The Fullerton or Marina Mandarin, hopefully depends on finance The Fullerton, but thanks to all you videos, love them, gives you great insight into the hotels, but wouldn't stay at this one
