I was in the Marina Viking band from 1988-1992. This is interesting to watch. We also performed at Sierra Vista HS in 1988. That year the Vikings got first place in all performances. We were under the direction of Mr. Alan Hallback. I'll have to post my performances on KZbin one of these days.

Wish there was some footage from the 70s when I was in the band. I remember the first year John Mason came in wearing a tupee. The bands from the 70s almost always won sweepstakes . There were countless professional players stemming from those years. Played the Hollywood Christmas parade one year, 77 or 78 I don't remember. Many celebrations on the bus coming home . Gary Wampler went on to lead the FVHS in the later years. I remember going to Wamplers home late one night to TP his place, only to find ( no I better not tell)
