The Little India lights are on at night and not the morning. So your best bet for the lights is a night ride through the night traffic around 9 PM to 12 AM. Discovered that in one of my rides last year.

10:25 There is actually a PCN path all the way, just turn right and get on the path that you see at the bottom right corner of the video (10:23). Then follow all the way, eventually will link up to the place at 10:39

Hey sam personally i feel that there is no need to put a short preview at the start of the video. However that is just my opinion. This was still an extremely nice video where its different from usual RTI or usual routes especially how we get a new and different view of u cycling. Effort has been made and recognized! As for me, i loved that preview. Gives me a better idea of his route exactly especially when I was just starting to ride and finding my way around SG. Everything about his video is very informative mostly for new riders. ✌🏽

I remember its not encouraged or even allowed to eat at that Reservoir viewing area. Reason being to curb down possible plastic/trash falling down there. Just info for other patrons who happens to drop by that area.
