Loved this practice! I could feel my strength building as well and that helped me get deeper into the stretches. Some of the movements required so much focus that I really got out of my head too! I feel fantastic now.

Wonderful !!! But there is always nothing to be afraid of. It does not matter whether you can do every single pose or not. With practice you learn how to modify so that it works for you. Take breaks, deep breaths. Anyway, I am happy that you gave it a try !

Holy that was wonderful! Thank you soooo much!! I wasn’t feeling it when I got my yoga clothes on and decided to do this one again bc I always feel so good and find myself smiling as I do it. Today was the best - first time touching the floor with flat hands in my standing forward flow and I wish I had a picture of my wild thing - it felt so good and for the first time did not feel like I was struggling. Day 3 second exercise done and wow this exercise was intense and refreshing at the same time. I had to really concentrate so I dont fall over during the wild thing pose - very challenging indeed! Loved the nice hamstring and inner thigh stretches throughout the sequence. I will definitely be coming back for this video!

So I started the challenge with day 3 instead of day 1, little swap due to my Australian time zone, hey hey! So I worked my hamstring flexibility with this class, loved it! I really needed it, I could feel the tightness in my legs, hence why I choose day 3 to start with and I was in for a real treat. Had to do a few adaptations as I am not yet mastering the half flamingo pose. The decor Marina... Can I just say it must be the most gorgeous yoga class decor ever💙 how inspiring!

I just love those pants of yours and the video as a whole! 😍 Definitely felt the first hamstring practice here and I need to work on my hips, inner thighs and probably ankle mobility to finally being able to get in and out of the side lunge with my heels down and sitting up more upright in Malasana. 🤔

Skandasana requires a lot of flexibility - so take it easy on yourself Sabeene !!! Place a block under your hips if you want to stay longer for a stretch...or keep the hips much higher up. Make that pose work for you - we want inner thigh stretch. If you feel it - you are succeeding !

I have been exercising all my life. As a kid I did ballroom dancing like tango, waltz, samba. Then for about 6 years I was more of a gym person. An I have been doing yoga with a lot of consistency for 6-7 years now !
