Loved this practice! I could feel my strength building as well and that helped me get deeper into the stretches. Some of the movements required so much focus that I really got out of my head too! I feel fantastic now.

Marina this is the third time I’ve done this practice and I can’t express how much my body absolutely loves this one! My body feels so much stronger AND I still cannot get over the improvement in my flexibility. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!! Alesia

At the beginning I was afraid because it s an intermediate practice. But then I felt better and allowed myself to try to do it until the end. So happy.

Wonderful !!! But there is always nothing to be afraid of. It does not matter whether you can do every single pose or not. With practice you learn how to modify so that it works for you. Take breaks, deep breaths. Anyway, I am happy that you gave it a try !

day 3 done! I especially loved the sequence with the wild thing to side lunge etc...I am always amazed at how perfectly you keep your balance on the uneven sand! Beautiful :)

Holy that was wonderful! Thank you soooo much!! I wasn’t feeling it when I got my yoga clothes on and decided to do this one again bc I always feel so good and find myself smiling as I do it. Today was the best - first time touching the floor with flat hands in my standing forward flow and I wish I had a picture of my wild thing - it felt so good and for the first time did not feel like I was struggling. I felt strong and open!!! Love this - you’re the best!!!! Alesia

Day 3 completed. Its my first time trying the flamingo pose, surprisingly i have never heard of it before. I could really feel my leg burn a little and i could feel a great strech on my hamstrings. My body feels completely streched today. Thank you Marina and have a great night!!

Day 3 second exercise done and wow this exercise was intense and refreshing at the same time. I had to really concentrate so I dont fall over during the wild thing pose - very challenging indeed! Loved the nice hamstring and inner thigh stretches throughout the sequence. I will definitely be coming back for this video!

So I started the challenge with day 3 instead of day 1, little swap due to my Australian time zone, hey hey! So I worked my hamstring flexibility with this class, loved it! I really needed it, I could feel the tightness in my legs, hence why I choose day 3 to start with and I was in for a real treat. Had to do a few adaptations as I am not yet mastering the half flamingo pose. The decor Marina... Can I just say it must be the most gorgeous yoga class decor ever💙 how inspiring!

Day 3 kind of complete! 😅 This class is very demanding for my lower body and I can never complete it :( But this time I resisted more! So maybe at the end of the challenge I would manage it 🥰 Thank you, Marina!

Lol I certainly noticed quality over quantity this time!!! I did everything MUCH better but still not as many repetitions as you. Still love doing this as not only a way to get stronger but to see my improvements. Thanks so much for this - you’ve saved me from the Covid 15! Alesia

Another lovely video...I also liked the music...it helped to stay calm in more difficult poses :-) I haven't been able to do yoga for a week due to circumstances so it was a bit of adjustment again but it was such a joy so thank you Marina...you always keep me going

Practice 2 of day 1 completed. I just love those pants of yours and the video as a whole! 😍 Definitely felt the first hamstring practice here and I need to work on my hips, inner thighs and probably ankle mobility to finally being able to get in and out of the side lunge with my heels down and sitting up more upright in Malasana. 🤔

Skandasana requires a lot of flexibility - so take it easy on yourself Sabeene !!! Place a block under your hips if you want to stay longer for a stretch...or keep the hips much higher up. Make that pose work for you - we want inner thigh stretch. If you feel it - you are succeeding !

Couldn't wait and jumped onto the mat to practise a new class with you 😍 I absolutely loved it even if I didn't do great 😅 Anyways this flow was just magical, the view, the music, the colours, u know blue is my love colour 😍💙 and u happen to wear it aesthetically, your pants are just xjdbxjbssknaks 😭😭💙💙 I cannot thank you enough for this class 🙏🏼 it has truly revived my flexibility and thanks to you I have re-entered my splits after one month of knees injury break 😮 honestly I was so afraid to do them because I thought I lost them but then again those fluid soft movements kind of reassured me, my soul and my heart 😢💙✨ I'm so grateful to you Marina 🙏🏼

Just a quick question! The side bend in skandasana. Are my hips supposed to touch the floor? Coz I can't seem to get the full side bend without hips touching the floor well almost sitting 😁

I have been exercising all my life. As a kid I did ballroom dancing like tango, waltz, samba. Then for about 6 years I was more of a gym person. An I have been doing yoga with a lot of consistency for 6-7 years now !
